There are seven combinations of new traffic lights:

7. Both the circular light and the red light turn red, which means that we cannot continue walking or turn right, but the light on the right is green and we can turn right.
The new traffic signal light combines round lights and arrow lights. When we see the direction where the red light is on, it means that we cannot move forward or turn. But when we see the direction in which the light goes out or turns green, it means which direction we can go.
